Questions we always get
So how much does it cost?
From €85 to €250 a month for up to 10 people, VAT not included. On the call we’ll give you a ballpark, and the exact price comes fixed in the proposal, together with the mockup. Above 10 people, or when something very specific needs to be built (for example, a connection to one of your company’s own programs), that part is quoted separately, with a setup fee or a longer minimum term.
Do you build Android apps?
Yes. We build your company’s Android app — for your team, for your customers, or both — connected to the same system. It can be published on Google Play under your company’s name and brand, or installed only on your team’s phones.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is yours. You can export everything at any time, and at the end of the contract we give you a full copy.
How long does it take?
The mockup arrives a few days after the call. The first part of the system is up and running within weeks, and the rest follows in stages.
Is there a minimum term?
There is a minimum term of 24 months, because development is included in the monthly fee. It’s written in the proposal before we start.
Can I keep my invoicing software?
Yes. We connect the system to the certified invoicing software you already use, or we handle certified invoicing for you.
Is my data safe?
Secure connection, individual access per person, a log of who did what and daily backups, on servers in Europe.
